4. Seller Responsibilities

Display correct pricing and availability.

Deliver products or rental items as promised.

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Sellers are solely responsible for the products they list.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers agree to:

Provide accurate delivery information.

Make payments using authorized payment methods.

Use purchased or rented products lawfully.

Review product details before placing an order.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

Upload illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited products.

Post misleading or false information.

Violate intellectual property rights.

Engage in fraud or deceptive activities.

Attempt unauthorized access to the platform.

Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.

Keeraya does not store your complete payment information.

8. Orders, Rentals & Cancellations

Buyers should carefully review product details before placing an order.

Sellers are responsible for fulfilling accepted orders.

Rental duration, deposits, and return conditions are determined by the seller unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary depending on the seller's policy and applicable laws.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other platform content are the property of Deera Info System Pvt. Ltd. or their respective owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any platform content without prior written permission.

10. User Content

Users retain ownership of the content they upload.

By uploading content, you grant Keeraya a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and use such content solely for operating and promoting the platform.

Users are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of their uploaded content.

Any disputes arising from the use of Keeraya shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
