Welcome to Keeraya, a multi-vendor marketplace platform owned and operated by Deera Info System Pvt. Ltd. This Rental Policy governs the rental of products and services listed by independent sellers on the Keeraya platform.

By renting or listing rental products on Keeraya, both buyers (renters) and sellers agree to comply with this Rental Policy, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Seller Policy.

1. Rental Marketplace

Keeraya provides a platform where verified sellers can list products for rent and users can rent them for a specified period.

Keeraya acts only as a technology platform connecting renters and sellers and is not the owner of the rental products unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

To rent a product through Keeraya, users must:

Be at least 18 years of age.

Have a valid registered account.

Complete mobile OTP verification.

Provide accurate personal and delivery information.

Additional identity verification may be required for certain rental products.

3. Rental Listings

Each rental listing should clearly specify:

Product name and description.

Rental charges.

Rental duration.

Security deposit (if applicable).

Product condition.

Delivery or pickup options.

Return instructions.

Any applicable usage restrictions.

The seller is responsible for ensuring that all listing information is accurate and up to date.

4. Rental Booking

A rental booking is confirmed only after:

The seller accepts the booking (where applicable).

Successful payment is completed.

The booking confirmation is issued through the Keeraya platform.

5. Rental Charges

Rental charges are determined by the seller.

The total amount payable may include:

Rental fee.

Security deposit (if applicable).

Delivery charges.

Applicable taxes.

Platform or service fees (if applicable).

All charges will be displayed before the booking is confirmed.

6. Security Deposit

Some rental products may require a refundable security deposit.

The seller may deduct all or part of the deposit if:

The product is damaged.

The product is lost.

Accessories are missing.

The product is returned in an unusable condition.

Late return charges apply.

The remaining security deposit, if any, will be refunded after inspection and verification.

7. Product Delivery & Pickup

Delivery and pickup arrangements depend on the seller's available options.

Users should:

Provide accurate delivery details.

Be available at the scheduled delivery or pickup time.

Inspect the product upon delivery.

8. Product Usage

The renter agrees to:

Use the rented product responsibly.

Follow the manufacturer's instructions.

Avoid misuse or illegal use.

Not sub-rent or transfer the product to another person without the seller's permission.

Keep the product in good condition throughout the rental period.

9. Return of Rental Products

The renter must return the product:

On or before the agreed return date and time.

Along with all accessories, manuals, chargers, packaging, and included items.

In substantially the same condition in which it was received, excluding normal wear and tear.

Failure to return the product on time may result in additional charges.

10. Damage, Loss & Theft

The renter is responsible for any loss or damage occurring during the rental period.

Depending on the extent of the damage, the seller may:

Deduct repair costs from the security deposit.

Charge replacement costs if the product is lost or beyond repair.

Seek compensation in accordance with applicable laws.

11. Late Returns

If a product is returned after the agreed rental period:

Additional rental charges may apply.

Late fees may be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately.

Continued failure to return the product may result in account suspension and legal action where applicable.

12. Cancellations & Refunds

Rental booking cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any seller-specific rental terms displayed on the product listing.

13. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must:

List genuine rental products.

Provide accurate descriptions and images.

Deliver clean, safe, and functional products.

Clearly disclose any defects or limitations.

Process security deposit refunds promptly after inspection, where applicable.

14. Limitation of Liability

Keeraya provides only the marketplace platform.

Deera Info System Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for:

The quality or condition of rental products.

Disputes between renters and sellers.

Delays in delivery or pickup.

Product misuse by renters.

Financial losses arising from rental transactions.

15. Policy Updates

Deera Info System Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update this Rental Policy at any time.

Revised versions will be published within the Keeraya application and/or on our official website. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
