Welcome to Keeraya, a marketplace platform owned and operated by Deera Info System Pvt. Ltd. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which orders, rentals, cancellations, returns, and refunds are processed on the Keeraya platform.

By using Keeraya, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Marketplace Platform

Keeraya is a multi-vendor marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. Products and rental items available on the platform are listed and managed by independent sellers.

Refunds, returns, replacements, and cancellations are generally subject to the individual seller's policy unless otherwise specified by Keeraya.

2. Order Cancellation

By the Buyer

A buyer may request cancellation:

Before the seller has accepted or shipped the order.

Within the cancellation period displayed on the product page, if applicable.

Once an order has been shipped or is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible unless permitted by the seller.

By the Seller

A seller may cancel an order due to:

Product being out of stock.

Pricing or listing errors.

Delivery not being possible.

Suspected fraudulent activity.

Other valid operational reasons.

If a seller cancels a prepaid order, the buyer will receive a refund in accordance with this policy.

3. Return Policy

Products may be eligible for return if:

The wrong product was delivered.

The product was damaged during delivery.

The product is defective.

The product received is significantly different from its description.

The seller has enabled returns for that product.

Certain products may be marked as Non-Returnable, including but not limited to:

Perishable goods.

Personalized or customized products.

Digital products.

Items specified as non-returnable by the seller.

4. Rental Cancellations

For rental products:

Rental bookings may be cancelled before the rental period begins, subject to the seller's cancellation terms.

Once the rental period has started, cancellation or refund eligibility will depend on the seller's policy.

Security deposits, if applicable, will be refunded after successful return and inspection of the rented item, subject to any deductions for damages or outstanding charges.

5. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Keeraya is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

6. Replacement Requests

Where supported by the seller, buyers may request a replacement instead of a refund for:

Damaged products.

Defective products.

Incorrect products delivered.

Replacement requests are subject to seller approval and product availability.

7. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If:

A payment fails but the amount is deducted.

The same payment is charged multiple times.

The transaction will be reviewed, and eligible refunds will be processed after verification.

8. Non-Refundable Charges

The following may not be refundable where applicable:

Convenience fees.

Platform service fees.

Delivery charges after shipment.

Late rental charges.

Charges resulting from buyer misuse or damage.

9. Refund Rejection

Refund requests may be rejected if:

The request does not meet the seller's return conditions.

The product has been used, damaged by the buyer, or altered.

False or misleading information is provided.

The request is made after the permitted return period.

10. Dispute Resolution

If a buyer and seller cannot resolve a refund or cancellation issue, either party may contact Keeraya Support.

Keeraya may review the available information and facilitate communication between the buyer and seller. However, Keeraya reserves the right to make decisions in accordance with its policies and applicable laws.

11. Policy Updates

Deera Info System Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

Any changes will be published within the Keeraya application and/or on our official website. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
