1. Seller Eligibility

To become a seller on Keeraya, you must:

Register with a valid mobile number.

Complete OTP verification.

Provide accurate business or personal details.

Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations.

Keeraya reserves the right to approve or reject any seller registration.

2. Seller Account

As a seller, you are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Ensuring that only authorized persons access your account.

Reporting any unauthorized access immediately.

3. Product Listings

Sellers must ensure that every listing contains:

Accurate product title.

Genuine product description.

Correct pricing.

Clear product images.

Accurate quantity or stock availability.

Product condition (New, Used, Refurbished, Rental, etc.)

Correct category selection.

Misleading or false listings are strictly prohibited.

4. Product Quality

Sellers are fully responsible for:

Keeraya does not inspect or guarantee any listed products.

5. Prohibited Products

The following items are not allowed on Keeraya:

Illegal goods

Counterfeit or fake products

Stolen property

Weapons or ammunition

Narcotics or illegal drugs

Tobacco products

Alcohol (where prohibited)

Adult or obscene content

Hazardous materials

Explosives

Wildlife or protected animal products

Any item prohibited under Indian law

Keeraya may remove such listings immediately without prior notice.

6. Pricing Policy

Sellers must:

Avoid misleading discounts.

Include applicable taxes where required.

Clearly mention rental charges, deposits, or additional fees.

Artificial price manipulation is prohibited.

7. Orders & Fulfilment

Sellers are responsible for:

Accepting valid orders promptly.

Packing products securely.

Shipping or handing over products on time.

Updating order status.

Providing accurate delivery information.

Coordinating rental delivery and return where applicable.

Repeated order cancellations or delayed fulfilment may result in account restrictions.

8. Rental Products

If offering products for rent, sellers must clearly specify:

Rental duration.

Security deposit (if applicable).

Rental charges.

Return conditions.

Damage policy.

Late return charges.

All rental terms must be clearly communicated before confirmation.

9. Returns & Refunds

Sellers must clearly mention:

10. Seller Conduct

Sellers must:

11. Intellectual Property

Uploading copyrighted images, logos, trademarks, or content without authorization may result in immediate removal and account suspension.

Service charges

Promotional fees

Applicable charges will be communicated through the application or seller dashboard.

13. Account Suspension

Keeraya may suspend or permanently terminate a seller account for reasons including but not limited to:

Fake products.

Fraudulent activities.

Repeated customer complaints.

Misleading listings.

Policy violations.

Illegal activities.

Non-compliance with applicable laws.

No prior notice may be required in serious cases.

14. Limitation of Liability

Keeraya provides only the marketplace platform.

Deera Info System Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for:

Product quality.

Product authenticity.

Seller commitments.

Buyer disputes.

Delivery failures caused by sellers.

Financial losses arising from transactions between buyers and sellers.

Sellers are solely responsible for their products and business activities.

15. Policy Updates

Deera Info System Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update this Seller Policy at any time.

Revised versions will be published within the Keeraya application and/or on our official website. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
