The following are prohibited:

Counterfeit coins

10. Offensive & Harmful Content
Products that promote or contain:
Hate speech
Violence
Terrorism
Extremism
Self-harm
Human exploitation
Discrimination
Criminal activities
are strictly prohibited.
11. Unsafe Products
Sellers must not list products that:
Pose an unreasonable safety risk.
Are recalled by manufacturers or regulators.
Lack legally required safety certifications.
Violate applicable consumer protection laws.
12. Restricted Services
The following services are not permitted:
Illegal financial services
Gambling or betting services
Lottery ticket sales (unless legally authorized)
Hacking services

Fake review services
Academic cheating services

13. Seller Responsibilities
Every seller is responsible for ensuring that:
Products comply with this policy.
Listings comply with Indian laws.
Product information is accurate.
Images accurately represent the product.
Restricted products are not listed.
Ignorance of this policy does not exempt sellers from enforcement.
14. Reporting Prohibited Listings
Users may report listings that appear to violate this policy.
Reports may include:
Illegal products
Fake or counterfeit goods
Fraudulent listings
Dangerous products
Offensive or inappropriate content
Our moderation team will review all reports and take appropriate action.
15. Enforcement
If a listing violates this policy, Keeraya may take one or more of the following actions:
Remove the listing.
Issue a warning.
Temporarily suspend the seller account.
Permanently terminate the seller account.
Restrict future listings.
Report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities where required by law.
Repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the platform.
16. Policy Updates
Deera Info System Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update this Prohibited Items Policy at any time.
Revised versions will be published within the Keeraya application and/or on our official website. Continued use of Keeraya after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
