7. Reviews & Ratings

Reviews should:

Reflect genuine buying or renting experiences.

Be respectful.

Avoid abusive language.

Not contain false or misleading claims.

Fake reviews or attempts to manipulate ratings are prohibited.

8. Fraud Prevention

Users must never:

Create fake accounts.

Use stolen identities.

Attempt payment fraud.

Manipulate prices unfairly.

Upload fake products.

Attempt scams or deceptive practices.

Any fraudulent activity may result in immediate account suspension.

11. Reporting Violations

If you notice any content or behavior that violates these Community Guidelines, you can report it through the Keeraya application or contact our support team.

Fake products

Illegal listings

Offensive content

Fraudulent sellers

Spam

Harassment

All reports are reviewed confidentially by our moderation team.

12. Enforcement

Depending on the severity of the violation, Keeraya may take one or more of the following actions:

Issue a warning.

Remove the content or listing.

Temporarily suspend the account.

Permanently terminate the account.

Restrict access to platform features.

Report serious violations to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

13. Policy Updates

Deera Info System Pvt. Ltd. may update these Community Guidelines from time to time.

Updated versions will be published within the Keeraya application and/or on our official website. Continued use of the platform after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised guidelines.
