Refund Policy
At Keeraya, we aim to provide a trusted marketplace where buyers and sellers can transact with confidence. Since Keeraya acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers, refund eligibility depends on the condition of the product and the circumstances at the time of delivery or pickup.
Product Inspection Before Acceptance
Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect the product carefully before accepting delivery or completing pickup from the seller. If a product is found to be damaged, defective, broken, incorrect, or significantly different from the description provided by the seller, the buyer has the right to refuse the product at that time.
In such cases, the buyer may request an immediate replacement from the seller, if available, or ask for a full refund of the amount paid. The issue must be raised at the time of product handover or inspection.
Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be approved if the product is found to be damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from the product listing when inspected during pickup or delivery. Buyers must notify the seller immediately upon discovering the issue.
If the buyer accepts the product after inspection and leaves the seller's location or confirms delivery completion, refund eligibility may become limited and will be subject to the seller's individual return and refund policies.
Seller Responsibility
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all listed products accurately match their descriptions, images, specifications, and condition. Sellers must provide complete and truthful information regarding the products they offer for sale or rent.
If a seller provides a damaged, defective, or misrepresented product, the seller may be required to issue a refund or replacement according to applicable marketplace rules and seller policies.
Rental Product Refunds
For rented products, customers should inspect the product before accepting possession. If the product is not in working condition, is damaged, or does not match the listing description, the customer should report the issue immediately and may request a replacement or refund before using the product.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests may not be accepted in situations where the buyer changes their mind after purchase, fails to inspect the product before accepting it, damages the product after receiving it, or raises concerns after prolonged use without valid evidence of a pre-existing issue.
Refund Processing
Once a refund request is approved by the seller, the refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on payment providers, banks, and transaction methods.
Keeraya's Role
Keeraya serves as a technology platform that connects buyers and sellers. While we may assist in resolving disputes and reviewing complaints, the final responsibility for product quality, condition, replacement, and refunds primarily rests with the seller unless otherwise required by applicable law.
